No, Packers versus the Vikings, I mean. But really, is anyone even paying attention to anyone else on the Vikings besides Favre? I sure hope the Packers are paying attention to Adrian Peterson. And have been tightening up their offensive line.
Only six hours until kick-off for the grudge match to top all grudge matches. I'm already nervous.

Monday night Vikings trounce Packers by 17 points ... then ... Tuesday evening Minnesota Twins beat Detroit Tigers by two runs in playoff game to enter the first round leading to World Series ... and a third World Series championship. Thus does the greater Minneapolis-St. Paul area join Rio de Janeiro as a sports capitol of the world.
That comment would annoy me if I didn't know that you're really going to be cheering for the Packers tonight and are just trying to irritate me. And, for the record, you succeeded. ;)
Another successful family venture.
Now for the game.
And the game ended 30-23 Vikings over the Packers. Twins are next on the sports agenda for the Minnesota rooters in the family.
You're such a liar, Dad. ;) Readers would hardly know that, as you sat in my living room today, you looked more upset about the Packer loss than I.
Well, I felt awful about Rio, so I'll empathize here, even as I am completely indifferent to football.
I felt aweful about both. An Olympics so close would have been great.
