Have you all noticed how a size small doesn't seem to exist anymore in regards to pizza joints and coffee shops? If you want a small chances are they call it a medium. Or a large. Gosh forbid you actually want a large. If so, be prepared to order the super-deluxe large. Or the extra-extra large.
When did this begin? And why!?

Somewhere around the time all the sizes got bigger. I went into the GAP yesterday and walked out with a size 12. I have not gotten smaller, but apparently the GAP felt my ego was due for a boost.
Try ordering a small icecream cone. You'll be handed a whole pint of ice cream balanced on a tiny cone. Ridiculous.
I don't mind if I get more ice cream :)
I went to McDonald's for a quick soda from the drive thru and ordered a Med. Apparently they have an ex. lg. soda special running and they automatically gave it to me... even though I hadn't ordered it!! Are you kidding me?!!? I'm never going to drink 40 some ounces of soda in a sitting. Get Real!!
