Ugh

I love my kids. But is it OK to admit I don't always like my kids? I mean, they're my kids and I would jump in front of a bus for them and all that, but man alive, sometimes they're really, really annoying!

Send them to bed without their suppers! No, seriously, the homeschool project intrigues me and I think that you, of all people, are uniquely qualified to pull it off. Still, if there is any downside, it seems to me that the teacher/mom is the one who sometimes suffers. Big payoff, yes, but a lot of WORK without much time off.

I am reminded of when I first took my kids to Italy. It was a huge financial drain and I hadn't been in years and years and now we were there. And they got all fussy about some small something or other and I said -- really??? You're fighting when we're in Italy? Honestly?? They looked at me blankly.

Sixty-five-- yep, that's about it. I love it and see a lot of rewards in what we're doing, but there are days...

LOL, Nina. Children really can be infuriating at times Of course, I remember often being infuriated as a child with my own parents, so I guess that's the way life works.

Thanks, Bob.

Terri, we can compare notes how many of those days we have next week.

Nice, Alex. :)
