New TV

Here you see the old (bottom left), the installation of the glorious new and our little Hank-er enjoying Diego on our new, huge TV.

Frankly, I can't believe how excited I am about a stupid TV.

Uh... I'm little embarrassed that I don't quite know what specifics you mean. I know that it's a 42" DLP technology but beyond that I'd need specifics (questions, that is).

Yeah, Joe and I really did our homework. We basically went to Best Buy, pointed to the kind we liked, went home and verified what the salesman told us (i.e. buy a Samsung if you go DLP) and bought.

LOL. It doesn't. Not in the least.

Thankfully there aren't THAT many shows we like so we're able to spend most evenings following other pursuits.

But for the times we want to watch it, well, I'm not going to lie, it's really nice.

DLP= digital light processing. I guess there's a big light bulb in the back of the TV that projects onto glass (the screen). Yes, it's high definition.

It's a new flatscreen technology that's a lot cheaper than plasma and LCD and some even think it's better.
